I am a firm believer in total health and wellness. Body, mind and spirit. Unless you have a specific goal you want to target right away, I also make sure that you are always addressing the key areas that are so important. First off, I work to help you achieve YOUR goals. Not mine. I design a custom-made workout program for you based on what YOU want to achieve. I can certainly help you decide what some good goals are, but if you already have something in mind, I will help you achieve it!

1 on 1 Attention

I provide 1:1 attention to you like no other. I am totally focused on you and your session, always making sure to teach you the latest techniques, proper form (which is critical) and make each session enjoyable! If you want me to take a drill instructor approach with you, I can certainly do that. But my usual approach includes keeping workouts new, fresh, and fun. Yes…. working out CAN be fun! There’s nothing laborious about my sessions. It is stimulating, good energy and always focused on total wellness.

Note: Over the decades of doing this work, I have witnessed the majority of trainers being somewhat attentive to their clients in the very beginning, but then they get lazy and kind of hang back while the client is working out. I am NOT that trainer. Part of the reason I got into this career was I got tired of watching too many incompetent trainers spending the clients time and money, but not providing them consistent personal focus 100% of the session time. When you train with me, you have my total attention for the entire workout.

Decades of Experience

I have decades of experience and a very long list of amazing credentials; Including the following:

    • I am certified by the number one Personal Training organization in the world, the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM). Not only do I have National Certification from them as a trainer, I also have national certification from them in Senior Fitness (for folks 55+) and also in Corrective Movement which works on balancing all your muscle groups that over time have gotten out of balance due to time, the natural aging process, past injuries and postural changes. It’s the hardest certification to get and one of THE most important.
    • I have also obtained NASM certification in Behavior Change Motivation and I have all the skills for not only getting you motivated, but more importantly, KEEPING you motivated.!
    • I have NASM specialty training in Balance and Core Strengthening.
    • I am even certified by the Weck Method of exercise using the amazing RMT club for enhance Range of Motion and shoulder mobility.
    • And I’m also trained in the body Axle System.

    I work with ALL levels of fitness, and all ages of clients from 18-through 65+. I even have a few clients who are in their 70 and 80’s.
